8 chicken breasts boned and skinned
8 thin slices ham
8 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 c. bread crumbs
1 t. ea salt, pepper
1 t. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken breasts between layers of waxed paper. Roll with rolling pin to flatten. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese in the middle of each breast. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Season bread crumbs with salt, pepper and paprika. Melt butter in pan. Roll chicken in butter and then in bread crumbs. Place in buttered baking dish and store in refrigerator 8 hours or overnight. Bake uncovered at 400º for 40 minutes.
