1 pound Spaghetti, cooked al dente, drained well
2 tsp, crushed red pepper
1/4 C. Oil
1/2 C. Sesame Oil
6 T. Honey
5T. Soy Sauce
1/2 C. Chopped Cilantro
1/2 C. Red, Yellow Peppers, julianne
1 C. shreaded chicken
1/2 C. Green Onions, chopped
2 Eggs, Scrambled and fried flat with lots of salt and pepper. Slice into long strips.
2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
3/4 C. Peanuts, chopped

In a saucepan, stir red pepper flakes and oils over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add honey and soy sauce. Stir to combine and mix well with cooked spaghetti. Add chicken, peppers and eggs. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. When ready to serve, add chopped cilantoro, peanuts and green onions to noodles. Toss well. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
