2 sm chickens, cut into pieces
1/2 c. natural yogurt
2 t. ground ginger
1/2 t. cayenne pepper
1 t. sugar (opt.)
1/4 t. cinnamon
2 t. salt
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 t. ground turmeric
1/4 ground cardamon (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
Remove skin from chicken. Cut a few gashes into meat. Combine all ingredients, mix with the chicken. Marinate 3-4 hours. Set oven at 350º. Arrange the pieces of chicken with gravy on a baking tray. Bake for 1 hour or until done, turning once. Chicken can be broiled over charcoal heat, basting it with the marinade.
