Casserole:
1 ½ cups cooked white rice
2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 small chopped onion
1 jar Chez Whiz

Topping:
1 stick margarine
1 roll Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. If too stiff, add a little milk to loosen. Put in greased casserole dish. Melt margarine and coarsely crumble crackers. Mix together and sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees 45-50 minutes.
