3 C. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 T. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
4 Eggs beaten
1 tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 C. Mayonnaise
3 C. Washed and Grated Zucchini, skin on
1 C. Nuts (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry and wet ingredients separately then mix together. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
Bake 350 for 1 hour or until done.
