6-8 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken
1 stick melted margarine
2 can cream of chicken soup
6-oz. crushed Ritz crackers
1-2 T. poppy seeds
1 8-oz. carton sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken until tender. Remove bones and cut in chunks. Mix crackers, margarine and seed. Cover bottom casserole dish with 1/2 of cracker mix. Place on top and pour soup and sour cream mixture over chicken. Top with remaining cracker mixture. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Good to make and freeze.
