1 frying size chicken (de-boned)

Dumplings:
2 c. self-rising flour
enough hot water to make sticky
3 T. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Knead this flour. Roll out and cut into strips and drop into hot broth. Cook until done. Add chicken. Cook a bit more. It will thicken as it cooks, but if the consistency isn't thick enough, you can add some flour or corn starch mixed with water and stirred into the chicken and dumplings. Dumplings can be, cut into strips and frozen uncooked. So nice to have on hand.
