First Layer:
1 whole chicken boiled & de-boned
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers (crushed)
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm carton sour cream

Top Layer:
1 sleeve Ritz crackers (crushed)
1 stick margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Blend first layer ingredients well. Place in glass dish. Place crushed Ritz crackers on top of the first layer. Pour melted margarine over top. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
