1 lb. boneless, skinless Chicken Breast, cut into chunks; 1 small can Crushed Pineapple, with juice;
1/3 c. Sugar, 1 tsp. Cornstarch, 1/3 c. Soy Sauce, 1/4 tsp. Ginger, Garlic to taste. Cooked Rice.

Directions:

Cook chicken 1/2 hour at 350 in oven. Mix crushed pineapple, sugar, cornstarch, soy sauce, ginger and garlic. Pour over chicken. Bake additional 1/2 hour. Serve with Rice.
