2 cups flour
2 tbsp sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
2/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl, beat eggs, stir in milk, sour cream and oil. Stir into dry ingredients just until blended. Fold in blueberries. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a greased hot griddle, turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes. Cook on second side until golden brown.
