Seasoning Mix:
2 tsp. Salt,
1 tsp. Paprika,
1 tsp. Dry Mustard,
1 tsp. White Pepper,
1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper,
1 tsp. Garlic Powder,

1/2 Onion, chopped;
2 - 3 stalks of Celery, chopped;
6 - 7 Mushrooms, sliced;
2 Louisiana Hot Links or Andouille Links, sliced;
1/2 lb. Shrimp, peeled and deveined;
3/4 c. unsalted Butter,
1 c. Whipping Cream.

Cooked Pasta.

Mix seasoning mix ingredients together. Saute onion, celery and mushrooms in 1/2 c. butter until slightly done. Add seasoning mix. Add hot links and cook about 5 minutes. Add shrimp and cook until done (shrimp should be pink). Stir in cream and remaining butter, simmer 5 - 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve over Pasta.

This recipe is good replacing the shrimp with chicken.
For less heat, you can cut back seasonings by one-third.
