1 1/2 Tbsp Flour
1 1/2 Cups Water
1 Tsp Vinegar
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Ground Oregano

Directions:

Mix Together and bring to a Boil.

Pour over Cubed Chicken Stuffed Enchiladas and Bake.
