2 Cups Cubed Cooked Chicken
1 Cup Cooked Rice
1 Tbsp Grated Onion
1 Cup Diced Celery
3 Hard Boiled Eggs
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Can Drained, Slice Water Chestnuts
3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup (Undiluted)
1 Tbsp Chicken Granules
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and top with Chinese noodles. Bake at 400 for 20 - 25 minutes or untill bubbly hot.
