2 Large Onions
2 Ribs of Celery
1 Bell Pepper
2 Sticks of Margarine
1 Tbsp Flour
4 Tsp Parsley Flakes
2 Lbs of Crawfish tails
1 Pint Half and Half Cream
2/3 Pkg Velveeta Cheese
10 oz Noodles
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Noodles and set aside.

Brown Onions, Celery & Onions in some of margarine. Set aside.

Melt remaining margarine. Stir in Flour. Stir in Cream making a white sauce. Add Velveeta Cheese and melt. Add remaining ingredients. Sprinkling Parmesan Cheese on top.
Bake at 350 º until bubbly approximately 30 - 45 minutes.
