1 lb Boneless Round Steak - 1/4 in. slices
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Beef Bouillon Cube
1/2 Cup Boiling Water
8 oz. Mushrooms, thinly sliced
2 Large Onions, thinly sliced
1 Can Sliced Water Chestnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soy sauce and sugar; toss with beef. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Drain beef, reserve marinate. Cook and stir beef in oil in skillet. Push beef to side of skillet. Dissolve bouillon cube in water; stir into marinade. Pour into skillet. Arrange mushrooms, onion and water chestnuts in separate sections of skillet. Cover and simmer until beef is tender about 10 minutes.
