1 lb Hamburger
1 cup Soft Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 Egg Beaten
2 Tbsp Oil

1 Can Tomato Soup
1 Can Beef Broth
4 Medium Potatoes
4 Carrots
4 Medium Onions
2 Tbsp Parsley (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients: Hamburger, bread crumbs, chopped onions and beaten egg. Form Meatballs and fry in 2 Tbsp of oil.

Add remaining ingredients and bring to Boil. Cover and simmer 1 Hour.
