Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Cauliflower - 1 head
Broccoli - equal to cauliflower
Green Pepper - 1
Celery - 1/2 stalk
Onions - optional
Real Bacon BitsSliced
Green Olives (original recipe calls for frozen peas which we don't like so we use olives)
Cheese of your choice (I generally use colbylonghorn in my salads and I don't always putcheese in this salad)
Dressing:
8 oz of sour cream (I use no-fat sour cream)
8 oz of Hellman's mayonnaise (this is one of thoserecipes where you have to use mayo and not MiracleWhip)
1 pkg of Ranch dressing (dry) mix
I put the dressing on just before serving

Dice all veggies and cheese into small enough pieces that you can get a variety in a forkful.
