Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Add holly leaves and holly berries to the dish to make it very festive and Christmasy dish. Great for big crowds. My sister gave me this recipe and she know how I chicken out for enormous crowds and so she gave me the name of a catering service for the reunion. As I work on this book I feel my courage growing. I can't wait to try some of these recipes on the "Reunion in June" crowd.
