Casserole:
3 cans French style green beans
8 oz. sour cream
1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
6 slices American cheese

Topping:
1 stick margarine, melted
1 roll of Ritz crackers (coarsley crumbled)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain green beans. Mix beans, sour cream, undiluted soup, and salt and pepper to taste. Put in shallow, greased casserole dish. Mix together melted margarine and Ritz crackers. Put American cheese slices over beans; evenly spread crumbs over cheese. Bake at 350º 30-40 minutes.
