1 lb. lean ground beef
4 tomatoes
1 bag corn chips
8 oz. Thousand Island Dressing
1/4 t. salt
1 15-oz. can red kidney beans (drained)
1 onion
4 oz. grated cheese
1 avocado
1 head lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef stir in beans and salt; simmer for 10 minutes. Chop onions, tomatoes and lettuce; toss with cheese and dressing. Season with hot sauce. Crush chips and add. Peel and slice avocado and add. Combine with beef and bean mixture and serve immediately. Serves 6 to 8
