1 c shortening
1 c white sugar
1 c brown sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c oatmeal
1 c corn flakes
1 c salted peanuts
1 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugars. Add beaten eggs. Add flour, soda, and baking powder, sifted together, and then rest of the ingredients. Drop from a teaspoon on cookie sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350 to 375.
