2 pheasant breasts
2 eggs, beaten
1 c water 1 tsp salt
1/4 c sesame seeds
1 c flour
Crisco, melted for deep-frying

Directions:
Directions:
Cut breasts in 1" pieces.
Mix together rest of ingredients as a batter.
Dip pheasant pieces in batter.
Fry in deep fat 3 to 5 minutes at 375.
