1 bag Carol Shelbys Chili mix
2 lbs. Ground beef
2 cans of dark red chili beans
1 12 oz bottle of Sierra Nevada Beer
1 onion
1 can diced green chilies ( big or small, you choose)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the meat in large skillet. Add diced onion and saute until tender. Drain most of the fat out of pan and add the Chili mix to the meat, and then transfer to an 8 quart pot. Add green chilies and bottle of beer, 2 cans undrained red chili beans, and whole package of Cayenne pepper that comes with the seasoning mix. Salt and pepper to taste. Add enough water that everything is well covered. Let simmer hour. At this point if mixture is runny add some Mesa flour to thicken.
