1 lb Ground Beef
1/2 C chopped Celery
1/2 C chopped Onion
1 C uncooked Minute Rice
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Evaporated Milk
1 can water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger with onion and celery. Drain and put in large casserole dish. Add rice, soup, milk and water. Mix well.
Bake 350 1 hour
