2 pkg each frozen Broccoli and frozen Cauliflower
1 can (8oz) sliced Mushrooms

2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 1/2 C Shredded Cheese
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

4 Tbs melted Butter
3 C soft Bread cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook vegetables until tender. Drain mushrooms and toss with vegetables. Put in med. casserole dish. Make a sauce over med heat with soup worcestershire and cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Pour over vegetables. Mix melted butter with cubed bread and sprinkle over top of casserole.
Bake 400º 20 minutes
