2 Tbs Oil
2 Tbs Water
2 medium Zucchinis
1/2 C seasoned Bread Crumbs
1/4 C Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbs Garlic Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and quarter zucchini lengthwise then slice in 3 inch strips. Put oil and water into zip lock bag, then put the zucchini strips in the bag and shake.
Mix bread crumbs, cheese and garlic seasoning together in pie plate and roll each strip in this mixture. Put on cookie sheet at 375 20 min.

This is a great way to use up zucchini. We dip in ranch dressing or dill weed sauce or serve plain. I have also served this as an appetizer.
