1/2 C butter (only)
1/2 C sugar
1 egg yolk and white separated
1/2 tsp. salt
1 C flour
1 1/2 C chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and sugar in medium bowl then cream in the egg yolk, vanilla and salt. Stir in flour. Shape dough into balls. Roll in beaten egg white and then roll in chopped nuts. Press with a thumb and bake 350 for 15-17 minutes
