chicken
seasoned flour (flour + season salt)
2 beaten eggs
1 C milk
cracker crumbs (saltines + bread crumbs)

Directions:
Directions:
Wash chicken, roll in seasoned flour, dip into eggs, roll back into cracker crumbs. Deep fat fry about 5 minutes or 10 minutes for bigger pieces. Serve with ketchup or ranch.
