8 oz pkg cream cheese room temp.
8 0z mascarpone cheese room temp (italian cream cheese)
zest of 1 lemon
2 tsps lemon juice
1 large jar marshmallow fluff

Whip together the 2 cheeses with the zest and the lemon juice, add the fluff slowly until it's the consistency of frosting and is as sweet as you want it.
Keep at room temp until ready to use.

This really does taste like cheesecake. It's wonderful to dip fat, juicy strawberries into, also pineapple, and any other kind of berry. Pieces of pound cake spread with this and topped with berries is divine, and it's marvelous with ginger cookies.
