8 slices Bread cubed
1/2 C diced Celery
1/2 C diced Onion
1/2 C Mayonnaise
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
2 -3 C Chicken cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except bread. Layer in a 8 in square baking dish starting with bread then chicken mixture and end with bread.

Beat 2 eggs, add 1 1/2 C chicken brothand 1/2 C milk, mix well. Pour over casserole and chill overnight. Before cooking put 1 can mushroom soup over top. Grated cheese can also be used as a topper.

Bake 1 hr. 350º

This casserole also works great with leftover turkey.
