6 Hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
3 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1/4 c mayonnaise
1 tsp onion, minced
1/2 tsp salt (optional)
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp prepared mustard
1 c (4oz) shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine first 7 ingredients until creamy.
Shape into 1" balls. Roll in cheese. Cover and
refrigerate until serving.
