1 lb sirloin steak or any beef
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 med green pepper sliced
1 med onion sliced
1 can tomato soup
1/4 c fresh squeezed orange juice(approximately 1 lg orange
2 tbsp soysauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
4 c cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet heat 1/2 oil and brown meat. Then add other 1/2 oil and saute vegetables mix rest of ingredients and pour over meat and vegetables in skillet. Simmer until heated through. Serve over rice.
