1 lb. of Peas
1 large onion
Butter
2 tablespoons flour
Salt and sugar to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 1 lb. of peas in minimum amount of water. Chop 1 large onion and fry in butter, add to cooked peas. Brown 1 to 2 tablespoons flour in pan and add water from peas to flour. Stir well and pour over pot of peas. Add salt to taste and if peas are not sweet enough add a little sugar.
