3 Slices bacon, cubed
1/2 TSP Garlic Salt
2 Cubes Margarine
2 Cups Uncle Ben's Converted Rice
1/2 Chopped Onions
4 TBSP Soy Sauce
1 Small Can of Mushrooms
1/2 Cup Shaved Almonds
3 Cans Campbells Consommé Soup
3 Cans Campbells Beef Broth Bouillon Soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cook & drain bacon. Add garlic salt, margarine and rice and brown together in pan with bacon. Place into casserole or dutch oven. Add onions, soy sauce, mushrooms, shaved almonds, beef consommé & beef broth bouillon soup. Mix all ingredients together and bake.

Bake 300º for 2 1/2 hours
