16 oz ground 90% lean turkey
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 c chopped red or green bell pepper
1 1/2 c frozen corn
1 c chunky salsa
3/4 c Kraft shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
1/8 tsp pepper
Olive-flavored cooking spray
corn chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In large skillet sprayed with cooking spray, brown meat, onions,and green pepper. Add corn, salsa, cheddar cheese, and black pepper. Spray 10" pie plate. Place meat mixture in pan. Top with crushed corn chips. Bake 30 min. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
