1 stick oleo
1 c flour
1 tbsp cool water

1 c sugar
1 c water
2 tbsp cornstarch
few drops red food color
3 tbsp raspberry or strawberry jello
1 qt strawberries
Whipped cream

Mix crust ingredients. Pat into 9" pie pan. Bake 15 min. at 425. until brown. Mix filling ingredients except fruit and cream. Cook until thick. Remove from heat and add jello. Cool, then add fruit. Let stand at least 3 hours. Top with whipped cream.
