Pot roast 2 cans cream style corn 1 big can diced tomatoes 1 can beef broth 2 bouillon cubes 3 onions chopped Potatoes, cubed Carrots (optional)
Put roast in roaster. Cover with water. Add onions. Cook at 350º until tender. Flake meat into beef broth. Cook potatoes until done. place in broth. Add corn, tomatoes, broth, and beef cubes. Simmer on top of stove for about 1 hour.
