Ingredients:  
2/3 cup butter, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 egg,
1 tsp vanilla, 2 1/4 cup flour, 1 cup nestly quick,
3/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1 cup milk

For filling
3/4 cup butter, 2 cups powdered sugar,
2 cups marshmallow cream,

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients, add to milk slowly. Put 1 tsp of dough on cookie sheet. Bake 375º for 10 minutes. Cool cookies. Once cookies cool, spread filling on one cookie then top it with another.
