1/4 c. oil
1 Lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion

1 1/2 c. whole corn
1 Tbls. chili powder
2 t. salt
8 oz. tomato sauce
1/3 c. water

1 c. cornmeal

2 eggs
1 2/3 c evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet brown hamburger and onions in hot oil.
Add corn, chili powder, salt, tomato sauce, and water heat to boiling.

Remove from heat and slowly add cornmeal stirring constantly until well blended. Beat eggs and milk together and mix with hamburger mixture.

Pour into greased 2 qt. casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Serve with salsa.
