8 quarts of dandelions
2 quarts of boiling water
Salt
Pepper
Butter
Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Wash 8 quarts of dandelions. Remove the roots. Cook in 2 quarts of boiling water that has been salted for one hour. Drain well, chop fine and season with salt, pepper and butter. Serve with vinegar.
