1-1/2 cups milk
1 slice white bread
4 T. butter
1 large can salmon
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk, bread, and butter in double boiler until creamy. Carefully remove bones and skin from canned salmon. Beat eggs and mix with salmon, salt, and milk mixture, stirring well. Spray loaf pan with non-stick spray and place salmon mixture in pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. May be served hot or cold.

This is good served with sliced cucumbers and onions in vinegar, boiled potatoes, and sliced tomatoes. For best results, use Red Alaska Sockey Salmon.
