1 c butter
1/2 c sugar
1 egg
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
2 1/4 c flour
2 T milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg, salt, vanilla and almond extract. Stir in flour until blended. Place in cookie press. (For pastry bag use 1/2" open star shaped tip; stir in 2 T. milk). Press on to greased baking sheet. Bake in a 400 degree oven 5-7 minutes, or until set, but not brown. Cool slightly, then remove to cooling racks.
