1 lb ground beef
1 c chopped onion
1/ 2 tsp salt
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 c milk
1/2 c Bisquick
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onion. Drain. Stir in salt. Spread in 9" pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix milk, Bisquick, and eggs. Pour over cheese. Bake at 400º for 25 min. or until knife comes out clean.
