1 c. mayonaise
1 c. mozzarella cheese
1 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 can artichoke hearts
1 T parsley flakes
1 t. garlic powder (or to taste preference)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and quarter artichoke hearts. Set aside.
Mix mayonaise, cheeses and garlic powder in 1 qt oven proof dish. Fold in drained artichoke hearts and parsley.

Bake in 300º oven for 30 minutes--or until edges become brown. Serve with tortilla chips

I dab the top with a paper towel after it has come out of the oven and it has sat for about 5 minutes to get rid of some of the excess oil. You can also use reduced fat Mayo and Mozzarella which will help cut down on the added fat.

This is also great with ham and also placed in omelets.

For large gatherings: double the batch and use 2qt dish.
