2lbs Fresh Baby Carrots
1/2 t. sea salt
1 T. Sugar (Splenda may be used if you are watching calories or are diabetic; brown sugar may be used to make them a little extra special!)
2 T. Margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse carrots and then place in a 2 qt. saucepan, covering with water. Bring to a boil then simmer for 30 minutes or until carrots are tender. Drain off half of the liquid then add the salt, sugar and margarine. Cover and continue cooking until carrots are cooked through (test with fork). Avoid cooking too long--we do not want them mushy!
