1 cube margarine, softened
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (12 oz) container Cool Whip, divided
Shredded coconut (optional)
1 lg. pkg. instant chocolate pudding

Mix 1st 3 ingredients well, spread into 9x13" baking dish. Bake 10-15 minutes at 375º. Cool. Whip cream cheese and sugar at medium speed until fluffy. Fold in 1-1/2 cups of Cool Whip (reserve the remainder). Spread on top of cooled baked layer. At this time, you may add shredded coconut - just sprinkle on top of cream cheese layer, as much as you like. Prepare instant chocolate pudding according to directions for pie. Pour over 2nd layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with more chopped nuts. Keep refrigerated.
