2. Test temperature on grill with first pancake and most likely
throw out.
3. Cook lots and feed a crowd.

Papa makes breakfast most mornings when the family gathers and pancakes are always served first. This started with pancakes at the beach and continued when we vacationed at the cottage. Sausage usually accompanies. Fresh or frozen strawberries often go on top. Of course, only pure maple syrup will do to top it off!
