1 to 1 1/2 Lb. Green beans cleaned and trimmed
2 Tbls water
2 Tbls butter
2-3 large garlic cloves, minced
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
In medium saucepan saute butter and garlic over medium-high heat. Add green beans, water, salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Until beans are bright green and tender crisp.
