PASTEL DE DATIL Y NUEZ


6 Huevos enteros
1 Vaso de Azúcar
¼ Kg. de Nuez picada
¼ Kg. de Dátil picada
100 Grs. pasitas blancas
6 Cucharaditas de Harina copeteadas
½ Cucharadita de Bicarbonato.




Directions:


Se baten los huevos más azúcar, harina, bicarbonato y lo demás.

En un Pirex engrasado y harinado se vierte todo y al horno por 20 minutos a 350º grados se saca y se cortan cuados y se espolvorea con azúcar glass.
