3 eggs 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 3/4 c sugar 1 teaspoon Lemon 1/4 c Melted Butter 1 t Cinnamon 1/2 c Half & Half 1 teaspoon Nutmeg 2 c Mashed Sweet Potatoes 1 teaspoon Allspice 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Beat eggs and sugar. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour into pie shell. Take 1 Teaspoon of half & half and spread over top of pie. Bake at 325º for 55-60 minutes until pie turns medium brown. (use 8-inch pie plate)
